Because VillageWorks has worked with Global IntelliSystems many times, we were familiar with their product and their target market. This sales brochure was intended to be left behind after meetings and as a follow-up to information requests.
In previous work, we had focused on statistics and price – the main target was people switching to Global IntelliSystems from another outsourced solution. For this brochure we wanted to focus on different target market -- companies that manage their own email marketing.
This target audience is overwhelmed. The client has way too much on their plate and must wear many hats, especially when it comes to email marketing. Too much of their time is spent managing the process and not the message.
Approach:
We selected an overall theme of "Before and After" for the brochure. The main message was simple -- Global IntelliSystems makes your life easier and let’s you focus on what is important.
To illustrate that we used everyday work items to evoke the harried life of the person that manages email marketing campaigns, contrasted with how things look after outsourcing to Global IntelliSystems.
Realization:
The finished result was an eight page full color booklet brochure. The first pages illustrates work life before Global IntelliSystems, the last pages illustrate work life after Global IntelliSystems. We chose a layout and feel that was much more organic and less traditional than the typical sales brochure to indicate that Global IntelliSystems isn't typical.
Evaluation:
The final brochure is a unique looking piece that is as interesting to look at as it is to read. It’s well suited to the target market, and is successfully getting their attention for our client.
