Conversation Mining - Beyond just monitoring what’s being said, we can mine the conversations to interpret the data and develop a benchmark report and ideas for next steps. Similar to traditional market research, conversation mining translates data into actionable information. Through conversation mining we can gauge the who, what, why, where and how of conversations across mainstream sites and social media sites.
